Time is money. It is a treasure and yet we waste it foolishly. We waste it If we take care of meaningless activities thoughtlessly of time, other things will take care of themselves automatically. We all grow in time, live in a time and die in time. But great men and women of the world make the use of time in their best possible way. They know how precious is time. Every minute is valuable for them and so they take good care of it and so leave their footprints. They know that “time and tide wait for none” that “time once lost can never be recovered”. It is really a delusion to think that we can waste time. On the contrary, time is wasting us. Time is all powerful. It is destiny, it is history and civilization. Nothing is beyond time.

People want success, happiness, fame etc., but only a few have these because They make the best use of it. Time is they knew the value of time opportunity. If it slips once from our hand, it can never be had again. Time is more precious than money. It is more powerful than kings and princes. They come and go but time is forever. It has neither a beginning nor an end. We recognize it as birth, growth, decay, and death. It can be spent usefully or foolishly.[the_ad id=”17141″]

Every person should know the value of time and so make maximum use of it. One can follow the footsteps of great men. We can see how did they use time, how did they spend their life. And that will show us the path. What is important is the present. It is foolishness to postpone a work for the lost past. There is no tomorrow nor to repent It is equally stupid yesterday. It is always “today”. “Today” means hard work, labor, sweat, and toil. It means the best use of time and opportunity.

Life is very short. It has been said that it is like a drop in the ocean. This drop should not be wasted. It should be turned into a pearl by using it wisely and thoughtfully . When we say a stitch in time saves nine same things. A work done in time is time earned. It is no use . striking the iron when it is cold, the right time is when it is red hot.

Our activities should be well planned so as to save time. There is no room for idleness and indecision. Idlers are great enemies of mankind. Delays and inaction are the thieves of time. How important are small moments of life, is explained so well in the following lines:
