Most respectfully it is stated that I am a student of intermediate part I in this college. I belong to a backward area in northern Punjab. The living standard over there is very low. It was the dream of my parents to send me to this college for higher education. I am among the top ten students of the college. My parents are doing their best to meet the expenses of the college but the recent increase in the college fee is beyond their limits. Please grant me full fee concession. It will really be great favor because I don’t see any alternative to this problem. I shall be thankful to you in this regard.
